Vu Ngoc Hoang Oanh is one of beautiful Vietnamese women who was origanated in Vietnam. She was born in Hatay (now is Hanoi), in 1990. She successfully completed her study at the Faculty of English Language Arts and Social Sciences University and Humanities. She gained her reputation at Miss Vietnam Through the Images of Women in 2012 at Hoa Binh Theatre, she was qualified till Runner 1.
